It continues to uphold the highest operational resilience standards, ensuring the protection of customer and stakeholder interests.

In line with its devotion to global best practices, Interswitch has also secured certification in four additional ISO standards, including ISO 27001 for Information Security Management System, ISO 9001 for Quality Management System, ISO 20000 for Information Technology Service Management System, and ISO 45001 for Occupational Health and Safety Management System. All five standards are collectively managed as an Integrated Management System (IMS).
