Partnership Between Anambra State Government And Decent Job Tech Skills On ‘Code Anambra’ Program

The Solution Innovation District (SID) in collaboration with Decent Job Tech Skills Ltd. has announced the launch of the ‘Code Anambra’ software development program. This initiative, backed by the Anambra State Government, aims to equip individuals with advanced digital skills, fostering innovation and job creation within the state.

The comprehensive ‘Code Anambra’ program spans four months, offering in-depth training in various digital skills such as Web Development, Cloud Computing, Mobile App Development, and more. Open to both Anambra indigenes and residents with a basic proficiency in computer use, the program provides participants with the opportunity to access internship placements and potential job opportunities upon successful completion.

Ms. Chinwe Okoli, the Special Adviser to the Governor on Innovation and Business Incubation, emphasized the program’s role in cultivating a thriving tech ecosystem and creating opportunities for the Anambra Digital Tribe. She highlighted the commitment of the Solution Innovation District in aligning with the Governor’s vision of positioning Anambra as the Digital and Creative Capital of Nigeria.

Chigozie Ezugwu, the Managing Director/CEO of Decent Job Tech Skills LTD, expressed enthusiasm for the partnership and emphasized the significance of empowering Anambra youth with digital skills, underlining their commitment to contributing to the digital revolution in the state.
