Both the Galaxy Z Flip5 and Galaxy Z Fold5 are designed with durability in mind. They feature a shock dispersion layer on the main screen, a redesigned back for a more solid display, IPX8 support, Armor Aluminium frames, and Corning Gorilla Glass Victus®2 on both the Flex Window and back cover. The Flex Hinge, with its dual rail structure, further enhances protection against external impacts.
The Galaxy Z Flip5 stands out with its pocket-sized foldable experience, offering a larger Flex Window with numerous customizations, informative and graphical clocks matching Galaxy Watch6 series, and stylish frames. The closed mode enhances usability, allowing quick access to useful information, widgets, notifications, and Quick Settings without fully opening the device.
As for the camera experience, the Galaxy Z Flip5 provides hands-free photos from creative angles with FlexCam, along with AI-powered image enhancements, improved Nightography capabilities, and a digital 10X zoom for clearer photos.

Samsung’s commitment to sustainability is evident in the Galaxy Z Flip5 and Galaxy Z Fold5, which incorporate a wider variety of recycled materials, including pre-consumer recycled glass, aluminum, and post-consumer recycled plastics sourced from discarded fishing nets, water barrels, and PET bottles. Even the packaging is made from 100 percent recycled material.
The Galaxy Z Flip5 and Galaxy Z Fold5 are available for pre-order in select markets from July 26th to August 10th, with general availability starting on August 11th. Both devices come in various stylish colors and offer a range of practical and fashionable accessories.
